Happy Easter everyone! I hope you have all had, or are about to have a wonderful Good Friday. Ours is almost over already... gone in the blink of an eye! It was however a very good Friday indeed, pictured below are a few things that contributed to it:

Rip Curl Bells Beach Pro Cap - We started the day off watching Mick Fanning cruise through his first heat of this year's tournament on the iPad whilst having pancakes in bed for breakfast.

White Magazine - I've been brushing up on my wedding photography in preparation for a wedding I'm assisting at tomorrow.

The Beatles - After watching 'I Am Sam' last night, I decided to dust off my copy of Abbey Road and give it a few spins whilst reading up on the individual songs in A Hard Day's Write... which is a must have for all Beatles fans. The movie is great as is it's Beatles inspired soundtrack.

Mr Zog's Sex Wax - Cathryn and I headed down the coast today and hired a board from Anglesea Surf Centre. It was so nice to spend some time together in the water. We hardly ever go surfing together but had been planning on doing this for a while and we both had a blast.

Chocolate Egg - Because it wouldn't be Easter without one!

Happy Easter to you all...try not to eat too much choccie!!!

I recently took a day off work so I could show my parents around Melbourne before they flew back to the UK. While we were there I took them to my absolute favourite part of the city... Hosier Lane. I never cease to be amazed by the vibrancy of the lanes or by the quality and variety of the artwork that has been produced by extremely talented street artists who live in the city.

I find it so refreshing to know that these artists have a designated area in the very heart of the city, where they can express themselves and where members of the public can come to enjoy their work. Honestly, if you ever go to Melbourne you have to pay it a visit, it is breathtaking.

My parents are currently visiting us for the first time since we arrived in Australia last June. I decided to take last Friday off so I could spend a bit of extra time with them. We ended up going out for the whole day and went down to The Bellarine Peninsula as it was an absolutely gorgeous day. Here are a few shots of what we saw and got up to together...
